Victoria Train Station - London
For this project ESH supplied and installed 40m of frost protection trace heating within the water plantroom.

Travel Lodge - Covent Garden
After installing over 1300m of tape here last January, ESH were back to install an additional 25m of H2OWAT55 within the 6th floor kitchen area of the hotel.

Allied Tanks - Birmingham
ESH supplied and installed trace heating to temperature maintain a steel tank, 2.5m diameter and 6.5m tall, at +30°C. This required 140m of type VC constant wattage heating tape.

Tesco Store - Bickington 
Supplied our type ESRS self limiting heating tape to this project.

Rhodia UK - Oldbury
This large project involved ESH suppling and installing both trace heating and thermal insulation to the following stainlees steel pipework: 

• PPA pipework - This pipework needed to maintain a temperature of +110°C which required 540m of type SCB constant wattage heating tape
• TEA pipework - Required to maintain a temperature of +40°C, 95m of type SCB constant wattage tape installed
• Caustic soda pipework - 155m of type SCB constant wattage heating tape was required in order to maintain the required temperature of +30°C
• Reactor pipework - This pipework needed to maintain a temperature of +70°C and required 55m of type SCB tape to achieve this

Queens Hospital - Burton On Trent
Supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection to 58m of 15mm copper pipework containing water.

Olympic Velodrome - London

Yet another amazing project for ESH who supplied and Installed both the temperature maintenance and frost protection Trace Heating systems ahead of the London Olympics.

Carlisle WWTW
Supplied and installed type FBT self limiting heating tape in order to provide frost protection.

Samuel Smith Old Brewery - Tadcaster

ESH were contracted to test and examine the existing caustic pipework trace heating which required amendments. 90m of type SCB constant wattage heating tape was supplied and installed.

Naburn WWTW 
Our third project at Naburn WTW was our largest, ESH were contracted to provide frost protection to the follow pipework: 

• Re-wetting pumps, 90m  
• Centrifuge feed pumps, 70m 
• Feed pipework for existing building, 70m 
• Thick sludge part 1 & 2, 120m 
• Existing pipework to tank, 70m 
• Tank inlet pipework, 60m 
• Buffered returns liqure returns pump, 35m

DHL Distribution Centre - Telford
Supply and install frost protection trace heating on copper pipe from the water heater in the kitchen area to three wash rooms, a total of 40m of DHWS and CWS pipework.
