London Dance Academy, Central Street (The Basement)
Finally a project which would allow our installation engineers to throw some shapes whilst working. For this large project, ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a trace heating system to frost protect pipework up to 150mm NB.
The pipework in question comprised of the sprinkler and boosted cold water pipes in the tank room and car park areas.
In total ESH installed just under 2000 metres of type VC constant wattage trace heating cable.

One Hyde Park, London
One Hyde Park is a major residential and retail complex located in Knightsbridge, London. With prices ranging from £3.6 million for a one-bedroom flat to £136 million for a penthouse apartment, this truly was a breathtaking project to be apart of.
ESH were contacted to design, supply and install a hot water temperature maintenance trace heating system to the hot water services pipework, within the penthouse apartments.
In total over 650 metres of H2OWAT self regulating heating cable was installed to achieve the required temperature of +55°C.

Leaton Quarry, Telford
The recycle oil pipework required trace heating and thermal insulation in order to maintain a temperature of +50°C. ESH supplied and installed type VC constant wattage heating tape to the stainless steel pipework to achieve the required temperature.

Barclays Data Centre, Barnwood
Within this large data centre, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect 8 sets of water cylinders. Each set comprises two adjacent steel bottles approximately 1.7m tall, 350mm diameter mounted in a steel cabinet, together with 1m of interconnecting pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating tape was installed throughout this project.

The project scope here was to supply and install a trace heating system to temperature maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C in an ambient temperature of +18°C. 160m of H2OWAT55 was required to complete the system.
