Bournville House - Telford
Within Lightmoor Village, Bournville House is a 'Extra Care Housing' building offering traditional sheltered housing. For this project ESH supplied and installed 825m of H2OWAT65 self limiting trace heating tape to the HWS pipework in order to maintain the temperature at +65°C.

Student Accommodation - Bagot Street, Birmingham 
55m of DHWS pipework was supplied and installed with a frost protecting trace heating system.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing - Derby 
ESH were contracted to supply and install both trace heating and thermal insulation onto 90m of 65mm NB sprinkler pipework.

Finzel Reach - Bristol
Finzel Reach was a £255m project to turn the former Courage Brewery site into homes, offices and shops. Here ESH supplied and installed two systems: 

• Frost protection of copper pipework in the basement area, this required 200m of type FBT self limiting heating tape. 
• To temperature maintain the DHWS pipework both within the basement area and five identical washrooms on various levels, 350m of H2OWAT55 self limiting heating tape installed.

Weatherford Laboratories - Abu Dhabi
Designed and supplied 2 x custom made heating jackets 45mm I.D, 1500mm long, 25mm insulation, 500 watts, 240v.

Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre - Oxford
Within the biomedical research unit, ESH supplied materials and labour to install, test and commission a trace heating system to maintain a temperature of +55°C on the hot water services pipework. In total 120m of H2OWAT55 self regulating heating tape was required.

Tesco Store - Portland

Supplied our type FBT self limiting heating tape to be installed onto the sprinkler pipework.

Leicester University CRF

The following pipework within the Central Research Facility building required trace heating to provide frost protection using Raychem heating tape: 

• Cold Water Service pipework, 30m 
• Basic cold water service pipework, 30m 
• Chilled water pipework, 80m 
• Tank plantroom pipework, 140m

Co-Op Distribution Centre - Motherwell 
ESH supplied 250m of type WinterTrace constant wattage heating tape to this project.

Harogate WWTW
To design and supply materials, tools and labour to install thermal insulation and metal cladding to the pipework, valves and flages in three chambers under the grids.
