Finzel Reach was a £255m project to turn the former Courage Brewery site into homes, offices and shops. Here ESH supplied and installed two systems:
- Frost protection of copper pipework in the basement area, this required 200m of type FBT self limiting heating tape.
- To temperature maintain the DHWS pipework both within the basement area and five identical washrooms on various levels, 350m of H2OWAT55 self limiting heating tape installed.
