Type TF teflon coated constant wattage heating tape was supplied and installed to maintain a temperature of +40°C on a section of blow heat pipework.

Morpeth School, London

ESH designed, supplied and installed materials to perform the following duties: 
  • Provide frost protection on external LTHW and water services pipe work
  • Maintain a temperature of +50°C on internal domestic hot water services pipework mounted indoors

Over 300 metres of self regulating heating cable was installed to complete the two circuits.

Cambridge & Cresent Tower, Birmingham

Within these large tower blocks, ESH design, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the external chilled water pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating tape was used throughout this project.

Balfour Beatty Engineering Services, Wednesbury

This project involved supplying and installing a trace heating system to frost protect pipework inside three plant room modules. Each module had approximately 23m of cooper cold water pipe, 8m of stainlees steel cold water pipe, 4m of DHWS copper pipe and 42m of heating pipe.

Sackville Building, Manchester University

This grand looking building is owned by the University of Manchester and is used as a conference venue. Here ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system for the 54mm process cooling water and 28mm DI circuit pipework. Type ESRS self limiting heating tape was utilised throughout this project.

Magna required the temperature maintenance of three lick roller units at +40°C, each unit was 950mm x 140mm curved. ESH designed and supplied 3 silicone heating mats 200w at 240v.
