ESH designed, supplied and installed materials to perform the following duties:
- Provide frost protection on external LTHW and water services pipe work
- Maintain a temperature of +50°C on internal domestic hot water services pipework mounted indoors
Over 300 metres of self regulating heating cable was installed to complete the two circuits.

This project involved supplying and installing a trace heating system to frost protect pipework inside three plant room modules. Each module had approximately 23m of cooper cold water pipe, 8m of stainlees steel cold water pipe, 4m of DHWS copper pipe and 42m of heating pipe.

Magna required the temperature maintenance of three lick roller units at +40°C, each unit was 950mm x 140mm curved. ESH designed and supplied 3 silicone heating mats 200w at 240v.
