Oulton Primary School, Leeds

For this newly built primary school, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the external chilled water services pipework. Just shy of 500 metres of type FBT self regulating heating cable was installed throughout this project.

Sanofi Aventis, Cheshire

Sanofi Aventis is one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies. Here within their Cheshire based manufacturing centre, ESH designed, supplied and installed an electrically hazardous area frost protection system. Type SCBX constant wattage trace heating cable was installed along with the thermal insulation to achieve a stabilised system.

First Bus, Blantyre

Designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the main tank and carbon filters. Type ESRS self limiting heating tape was installed throughout this project.

Swanlea School, Whitechapel

Within this secondary school, ESH were contracted to replace 3 previously installed trace heating systems which were supplied and installed by others. The systems included 2 x external frost protection circuits and 1 x internal hot water temperature maintenance circuit.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich


Over 300 metres of type FBT self regulating trace heating tape was supplied and installed to provide frost protection to the external water services pipework on top of the hospitals roof.

For this tasty little project, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating and thermal insulation system to a run of 100mm NB pipework containing water.

Within this local extra care housing facility in the newly built Lightmoor Village, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect external cold water pipework. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was used throughout this project.
